About the Assignment

We are now looking for a driven and communicative B2B salesperson for an exciting assignment with our client, a leading player in their niche in the solar energy industry. The assignment involves generating interest and increasing awareness of the client's innovative and market-leading products.

Your main task will be to book and conduct initial meetings with companies and stakeholders in the solar energy sector. The first meeting is informational and largely serves as a needs assessment and market research. If there is further interest, you will then schedule a follow-up meeting with the client's product manager, who is responsible for the deeper presentation and sales.

Job Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and contacting B2B players in the solar energy industry
  • Booking and conducting initial, informative meetings
  • Generating interest and building relationships with potential customers
  • Traveling within a larger geographical sales area

Meetings are primarily conducted on-site with clients but can also take place digitally via platforms such as Teams.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is self-driven, structured, and enjoys a role with a lot of customer contact. You are skilled at building trust and can easily communicate value without being pushy.

We would like you to have:

  • Several years of experience in B2B sales, appointment booking, or a similar role
  • Experience in the solar energy industry
  • Good communication skills and a professional demeanor
  • The ability to work independently and plan your own time
  • A valid driver's license (a requirement, as the role involves a lot of travel)
